If you have questions regarding any of our products or want us to look over your photo prior to ordering one of our photo gifts, you may email our designer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check the elements of your photo and get back to you right away. Or if you still need to talk to us, please call toll-free at (800) 554-7630. We will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping: Custom Wall Tapestries uses ground shipping within the United States. Ground shipping in the U.S. is FREE once your order exceeds $100. Ground shipping to our friends in Canada is $29 per item, Australia is $59 per item and United Kingdom is $49 per item. We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. For rush delivery orders please email us at email@example.com.
Placing an Order: To place an order on our website rest assured that you will be using our secure shopping cart to enter your credit card information. Your privacy is important to us and your information will only be used to process your order by the credit card company or Paypal. We do not see your credit card number.
Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Delivery Time: Typically most products arrive at your door in 5 to 7 business days from receipt of your order. Personal photo products arrive typically within 2 weeks from receipt of your order and photo image.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Illinois.
Guarantee/Returns: We pride ourselves in offering you only the very highest quality products and always hope that you will be very pleased with your order. Rest assured that you may return or exchange anything except our custom photo products. Since the custom PhotoWeave products (all photo products) are specifically woven with your photo or artwork, these products may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns: If you need to return a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Custom photo items may not be returned or exchanged. We will accept authorized returns for 30 days as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, sorry no exceptions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. Products must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Items must be in original new condition.
